The most frustrating situation is knowing that you got the recommended 8 hours of sleep but are still struggling to get out of bed in the morning. - You’re not drinking enough water – the recommended allowance is 2 litres of water per day. But the reality of it is, the majority of us do not drink enough water. Dehydration caused fatigue as it decreased the volume of blood in your body making your heart work harder. Carry a water bottle with you as a reminder to keep drinking throughout the day.
